We stand behind the quality of TweetRadar. If you're not satisfied with your Professional plan subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund for TweetRadar services
  • Your account has not been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase date
  • Subscription renewals (only initial purchases are eligible)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period

How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you maintain access to your Professional plan features until the end of your current billing period, but no refund is issued. To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one within the 30-day window.
